# Lunch!

Today I am having 2 big fat hot eggy rolls (ciabatta) with a couple of squares of praline chocolate. Big lunch for me because I am working tonight and won't eat dinner. What are you having?

But when i do eat, I will have a ham cheese spinach tomato onion and mustard on granary bread sandwich, a packet of ready salted potato heads, a chicken and sweetcorn cup-a-soup and a banana, which looks a bit worse for wear.
This will also be accompanied by tea.
