Was trying to work out what the current White House reminded me of and then I realised

Every time I hear the name 'Putin' I'm reminded of Piero Manzoni's 'Merda d'artista'.

The Shock Art entry linked to from that page is a fun read
"In 2007, Mark McGowan ate a Corgi in London to protest fox hunting by Prince Philip, Duke of Edinburgh."
"In 1996 Gottfried Helnwein painted the Adoration of the Magi with Adolf Hitler as Baby Jesus"

Cant pay we'll take it away.....but please stop calling.......!
Someone has obviously just had this lovely fridge seized and by way of pay back posted the item on gumtree and posted the enforcement agents number alongside it...I know because I called.....despite being duped I thought it was slightly funny.

Hi blondbond
Is that a new blouse you're wearing? It looks lovely.

Also why does blondbond think he won't ever go grey?
Blonds go grey. There's a basic misunderstanding about ageing there

Will I have time to put on my steel-caps first?
Am I only allowed to use one leg, or can I borrow Rolf's Jake the Peg's costume and gouch-bust them simultaneously?

I used flickr...dunno how they are with hotlinking over time
When uploaded to the site, an image can be marked as private - seen only by you.
Select 'all sizes', right click the image of a size you prefer to post and go to 'view image info' and copy the location.
You then paste that link here and hosting is done

I know how Flickr works :)
Thing is, all my b3ta images were on Photobucket. My profile alone is a travesty.

yopyop
and I have no idea how flickr is as host over time, nor if they shut you down if linking like that to someplace with massive traffic

I believe they are fairly stable
save the occasional downtime of the site, which doesn't happen a lot and doesn't always mean that the images themselves are down too.
There once was a cap with the free account, where you could only see your latest 200 pictures (they did keep the older ones). That would probably also affect hotlinking. Don't know how it's now though. There have been some changes, and I believe many of the restrictions on the free account are gone now. This one included.
I have a pro account, so I never had to deal with any of that.
Still, they can change their ToS overnight, like Photobucket did.

When they changed to https, I think all URLs changed but the images remained.
