OK let's talk about CARS.
Not really.

I found out some fascinating stuff about C11th Chinese siege warfare last night. I was especially interested in their early (the earliest recorded in the world, in fact) forays into the world of chemical warfare.

They made ceramic bombs which contained powdered human shit, and ground up beetles which caused skin blistering. Anyone caught in the blast radius would have skin lesions which then became infected with poo-dust. How fucking cool is that?

Tell me something else cool.

Dull-starting thread got even duller.
Let's talk about transport, not seen that done on here before.

What do you drive/ride and why is is awesome/shite?

If you are a user of public transport with no wheels of your own, is this through choice or necessity and how do you make it bearable?

Alt: What should the Government be doing to aid your form of transport and or hinder others?

So, Tanks.
What'as you favourite Tank?

Alt: What's your least favourite Tank?

AltAlt: Call me bent for starting a thread about tanks.

I reckon my favourite, had it ever been made would have been the Ratte, but I'll plump for the Soviet IS3. Piccies will be in replies.

I am going to Wemberly to see England tonight.
What are you doing in your pathetic little hovels, except bumping uglies and spawning lots of little drains on society?

Alt: Lennon or McCartney?

I've found the ideal event for Monty
kickingandscreening.com/ - A film festival to engage, connect, and inspire soccer and film enthusiasts through the celebration and presentation of soccer/football culture.

Not just because he's really into film, but also because of how much he enjoys a good football discussion.

What events would you send a b3tan to?

Alt: Lunch, but only if it's interesting. We wouldn't want to bore anyone.

Sorry for blaming Mike woz ere for Joey Dekion's lovely penises.
I'm starting a new thread seeing as no-one else has and that last one's gone shit.

Losing things.

When I was a semi-professional DJ I used to lose on average one mobile phone a month. Then a year ago I lost three £50 wallets in the space of four months.

Do you lose things a lot? What's the worst? References to virginity will be met with a disappointed sigh. Also, any replies referring to 'loosing' things will be met with ARSON.

If you could change something about your personailty, or gain something about it, what would it be?
I was just thinking that I never talk to people on the phone, I think I would have loved to call people up and talk about nothing for 20 minutes or soo, maybe even an hour. I think it's the one skill that has stopped me from having relationships with people. I can talk to my ma' for 30 minutes or soo every day, sometimes for even longer... but when it comes to friends and potential girlfriends, i find it quite hard. I donno why, online I can chat for england.

Do you chat on the phone to people for ages? You know, that cute stage where you're like "No, YOU Hang up" and all that? Do you just talk about every single detail you can think of? I've noticed all the people who I know who have good relationships have the gift of the gab.

Should I make a checklist of things to disguss or is that over thinking things?

Alt: What's your phone number ,)

Big thread is big
Here's something: www.avitable.com/2011/09/05/wheres-my-reply-okcupid-prelude-to-a-lawsuit/ - someone set up an OKCupid account for this guy touting for gay sex, and ended with a rape fantasy including the guys real home address.

What's the nastiest thing you've done to someone?

ALT: What's the nastiest thing you've had done to you?

Alt alt: What nasty thing do you have for lunch?
(, Mon 5 Sep 2011, 13:54, 140 replies, latest was 14 years ago)
Well that thread's not got much else to offer.
What are you fucking shit hot at? Better than everybody else you know?

Blow your trumpet, no other fucker's going to.

The last thread has inevitably turned into insults and what food we've all eaten. Time for a new one?
Anyone seen the new Ant & Dec show, Red or Black?
Is it not the most pointless "gameshow" you've ever seen. I'd say it was on a par with Deal or No Deal on giving idiots who don't actually have to do anything a chance to win money.

ALT: What advert is really pissing you off at the moment? For me it has to be the new Haribo one. "oh so smooth! Love them soft!" AHHHHHHH!!!

What the fuck is going on around here?
I'm hearing rumours of flouncing, who's left and why?

I expect a full report by the time I get off work tomorrow.

Sunday afternoon boredom.
We've just tried shopping for school shoes with a teenage girl. That was fun.

Where is everybody?

Does anyone here have a famous namesake?
Jeffington's mention of the BTCC reminded me that I have a direct namesake who is a well known BTCC driver.

Obviously I ain't naming no names.

Tiny little men are mining my brain matter with pickaxe and hammer
so I am off down the pub for a breakfast.

Lego Harry Potter, Lego fucking Star Wars... My kids got me hooked on the stuff. What other Lego games would B3ta like to see?

She'll be regretting letting her watch Doctor Who I'd imagine.

Anyone doing owt fun tonight?
