But no one has to show a visa. 'Not having a visa' would get you through a border. You could in theory have a list of criminal passport numbers which you could check, but I think the EU would never allow it. In the Schengen area (most of Europe), you don't even need a passport.

Food budgets are ridiculous. Almost £500 for a couple with a sprog, although there's nothing that defines how many kids.
Travel allowances are £180 then an additional £10 per person, which is retarded.
Single parents can spend £60 on childrens activities, but a two parent family is restricted to spending £40.
Fucking banks.
