it was my first go in image ready. I just drew them. I was disappointed at how large the file was though. any hints?

amazing for a first go!
the file size is pretty good. there are a few ways i try to reduce files. there's an optimization window in imageready, where you can adjust optimization settings. i usually reduce the number of colours, increase lossiness, turn dithering on or off (depending on the image), take some of the frames out, then if all else fails, reduce image dimension.
