how can I resize an animated gif (in terms of dimensions)? I've tried convert under unix but that arses up everything but the first frame leaving transparent gaps. Can ImageReady do it without significant arsing about? How? Help :)

It rteminds me of an idea I had once. One of the things I'd like to see in the next few years would be a pair of virtual-rality goggles with cameras attached.
A high-speed graphics processor could apply photoshop-like effects in real time, in the style of different art techniques.
It would be an interesting way to see, and should be technically feasible not too long from now.
