and here's me ignoring it selfishly in order to ascertain the status of m3ss3nger (which incidentally has a very pretty palindrome ip). how wrong, i shall make amends presently:

my friend runs an isp and apparantly at half 5 this morning a worm was sent out which exploits a hole in sql severs which haven't been patched. about 30mb of transfers are being generated per second, i'm told. which is why half the internet has fallen over.
great stuff.

that is both interesting and informative! (i know that could possibly sound a bit sarcastic, but trust me it wasn't.) i hope your friend doesn't get too much stick from her customers!

when their main source of natural food, the giant fishthra, died out
they were forced to seek further and further afield for food.
here we see a half-starved kitzilla, a weak and stunted specmin,
marauding through a human habitat. it's wild, hunger-maddened
eyes seek out any possible places where the now-extict fishra
might be lurking.
the last known kitzilla was found dead earlier this year in down-town
basingstoke, and david attenborough is tipped to be doing
a tribute peice on the bbc later this year.

The easiest way to tell the German and British
Lapwing apart, is the black tail plumage.
Also, the German Lapwing carries an MP40, where
as its British counterpart usually wields a
M1A1 Thompson.
Ever so slightly larger.

Do you think they call German ornithologists "Twitzschers"?
I somehow doubt it.

For the record, have tried:
Dope, drink, Nytol, herbal sleepers, sex, masturbation, staying up watching shite on tv till exhausted, jogging, cycling, b3ta (which was very unsuccessful), work, shiatsu, Alexander technique, Reiki and more masturbation...

Stop playing computer games before bed, or watching tv. Read a book instead. You'll be so bored you'll sleep like a log.
Edit - and give your room a good airing, get rid of all the dust and stuff. Hang your duvet and pillows outside for a while. Getting rid of dustmites works wonders for sleep.
sorry - do I sound like your mother? Please say no..

You could try asking your doctor. If you snore that doesn't help. Some people use those nose thingies that swimmers wear - gets more oxygen to you while you sleep so you sleep better. Never tried them though. My sleeping problems are all caused by having small children..

but someone told me this and it worked for me.. when you go to bed lie in it in the OPPOSITE direction you normally do. makes it seem like a different bed due to the way you lie when you sleep and the mattress etc taking body shape.
