I posted the first pixelation film by these guys, Vicious Circles, below and it got a good response, so I thought I'd share what I think is the best of the shorts they made and starred in together.

Others are:

- Blaze Glory (love the way the baddies ride in this)
- Sgt Swell of the Mounties (more of the same)
- Captain Mom (can't find an online version of this)

It's probably unsurprising that they both went on to have careers as writers on American cartoon shows in the '80s.

This is a normal post I remember seeing some on TCM a few years ago.
They remind me of a time when I was racing around the streets in my gokart. Gas was 35 cents per gallon. Los Angeles was so smoggy you couldn't even read the signs on the freeway.

I had to post a link to this somewhere and I thought B3ta might appreciate the sheer lunacy. Found this guy on my twitter feed who wrote a book of over 13,000 new philosophies. Not only is that obviously a ridiculous undertaking but the reviews are hilarious.

Of particular note is the one where the entire review is not about the book but a review of the author himself who apparently helped a woman on bonfire night by "laying out cold four" of her assailants and chasing the other two away!

For me it was half an hour well spent reading these, enjoy

thought maybe network 7 but apparently that ended in 88. that was such a vague recollection it was a bastard to google by the way but i knew what you were on about and not being able to find it bugged me. fink it may have been one of those short films held in reserve as back up to fill in for technical mishaps on channel 4 or bbc two along with those odd czech cartoons you would occasionally see popping up unlisted for no apparent.
