The pic is a scan of a picture she insists on having posted in the workplace. She is a fucking bell-end. She is an ungodly amalgamation of Dot Cotton (Eastenders), Mrs. Overall (Acorn Antiques), Blakey (On the Buses) and Albert Steptoe (Steptoe and Son).
