For lunch today I have two tuna and sweetcorn sandwiches,
three tomatoes, two bags of steak flavoured McCoys, and apple,
a banana and an ugli fruit and a bag of peanuts, water and
a good helping of tea.

1x packet of quavers
1x penguin muller corner yoghurt

i'm still bloody hungry though and i have 4.5 hours until hometime.

tonight i'll be having spaghetti carbonara with lashings of parmesan cheese and crusty bread with olive oil, balsamic vinegar and a little bit of salt and pepper (although no spinderella as she gave me gas last time).
