you need a drinks cabinet (or top-of-freezer, as in our case) so that you can collect weird undrinkable stuff on top of it, ie Kaluha, dessert wine, dodgy cava/sparling wine thingies, Aftershock etc. And then if you ever get reeeeely desperate, it's all there..!

Also, I've said this before, but Kaluha and JD shooters are probably very bad for you, but very nice.
