Giant crane at a construction site.

Some sort of moving part of machinery, like the suspension arm of a dirt bike.

The arm on the space shuttle or maybe on a terminator type robot?

If you postition it correctly pointing at a part of the shuttle, or even the earth, and then light up that part in photoshop as if the bulb is on.

It might even quaff of a pipe if necessary.

Run it out of the arm of a T-shirt if the audience can handle that sort of thing, or the more formal sleeve of a tuxedo if the class tends to be stuffy.

Picture the lamp as a person, and put it in any predicament. Normally, lamps cannot bowl well, so you might consider this...

It was a picture created by someone on here just over a year ago. Someone had the reaction of "AAAaaargh THE FEAR" and it just stuck. It symbolizes pure fear.
