I am at home for lunch today with the lurgey, which has enabled me to surpass my normally sandwichy offerings.
My lovely housemate has left me some "Thai Noodley Whatsit", which is Thai noodles in a spicey, coconutty soup with chestnut mushrooms, artichoke hearts, and sweetcorn. It's a bit like a vegetarian laksa, and is very tasty. To drink, I have a mug of hot Ribena, and to follow I may have some grapes.
