Image Challenge vote
Sorry it's a bit late...
Star Wars UK - It has been announced that the 7th Star Wars film will be made in the UK. Boot up photoshop and show Disney and Lucas etc how their characters might cope while filming in the UK and just how British" the new film could be. (The Twisted Omentum)
Football - One word challenge ( Holly Would )
Product Swaps - Take a famous advert, and change the product so it is advertising something else. eg How would the Lynx adverts run if people were spraying Cillit Bang on themselves... If the Milk Tray man left a packet of Femfresh behind, how would that go down? ( monkeon)
Why don't they advertise...? - Sean Lock reckons that Special Brew is not advertised with good reason. What else is allowed to be advertised but isn't .... and how would it look if it were? ( unclepills )

Everyone knows
they filmed the original Star wars trilogy in the UK, yes?
Cos, it seems the news don't.
And Indiana Jones

Help us choose the new Question of the Week
Morning!
We're after a new QOTW - help us out by voting for one of these suggestions:
Best TV Shows Ever - What's your favourite show on the idiot box, and why?
Toilets II - I'd like to apologise to McDonalds for the armageddon I left behind in their South Reading drive-thru this morning. Tell us your tales of the can
Getting somebody sacked - Have you ever lost somebody their job? Have you ever had to fire somebody?
Emergency Services - Stories of Police, Firefighters, Ambulance staff and - dammit - the Coastguard
Vote closes later.

i replaced a co-workers rear fender-mounted car radio antenna today
in the trunk (boot) I unplugged the antenna wire form the elementless antenna mount,
stuck a drill bit into the female end of the wire,
cello-taped a wire to that,
taped the wire inside the glass at the top of the rear window (hatchback) behind the painted area so it' can't be seen from the outside.
I do not believe he will ever purchase a replacement now, HA HA.

heh, i had to do something similar to the heater element on the rear windshield of my car
the wire that powered it came unstuck, so i soldered it back directly onto the glass all the time trying not to crack the windshield with the heat
