Undone
After lurking for years I think this is worth posting. Came from The Tim Ferriss 5-Bullet Friday.
Undone. This amazing series bends time and reality enough to simulate a psychedelic experience. Check out this short trailer, and the preceding sentence will make more sense. Here’s a short description: “Undone is a half-hour, genre-bending, animated series that explores the elastic nature of reality through its central character Alma, a twenty-eight-year-old living in San Antonio, Texas. After getting into a car accident and nearly dying, Alma finds she has a new relationship to time. She develops this new ability in order to find out the truth about her father’s death.” Undone was created by Raphael Bob-Waksberg (@RaphaelBW) and Kate Purdy (@katypurdy) and stars Rosa Salazar (@rosasalazar), among others.

have you watched it all?
it's an exceptional and moving drama and I loved everything about it, but i definitely wouldn't sell it as an exposition on the "elastic nature of reality".
cos it really isn't.

I saw Richard Herring do stand-up at a local comedy club in the mid-2000s.
He got quite irate at people shouting out various catchphrases from FoF and TMWRNJ, including 'moon on a stick', saying something along the lines of that being in the past and that he'd moved on to new stuff.
Later in his routine he did a version of a sketch I recognised from one of the radio shows he did with Stewart Lee in the '90s.
I lost a bit of respect for him that night...

He was quite funny as the idiot in the double act, but his solo standup is very forgettable. I think he knows that deep down.
But I guess he's found something of a niche in his podcast interviewing others, a bit like Adam Buxton. I'm not sure how much respect and kudos he wants for the International Women's Day thing, but he's surely got enough now?

"Outback Bazza
To smoke marijuana from a bong, with the name coming from the use of a cone piece in the pipe of the bong. Punching a cone is to pull the entire cone in one hit. Cones just in general refers to smoking marijuana.
Example: (on the phone) If you want to come around later on we can watch Superbad and punch some cones."

never heard the expression in Melbourne, though australia does have plenty of regional fault lines of idiomatic expression
"to have a cone" was common, whether it be a bong, or the DIY bucket bong, which never quite caught on in the rest of the world as it did in Australia. I was quite surprised on arrival on England's green and pleasant shores at how popular spliffs still were. they always seemed like a pain in the arse to me, and inefficient to the miserly scientist in me, though I do admire the craft of a nicely rolled one.

The content isn't actually streamed 'live', videos are just queued up according to a preset schedule. You can play ones of your choosing if you know the URL [links moved below].

Am I supposed to hate BT Boxing because they had a white presenter for a piece on BHM? OR am I supposed to hate the critics for presupposing that the best placed presenter to discuss BHM is only qualified due to the colour of his skin?
Which aspect of toxic identity politics am I supposed to be in favour of?
