Not really.
Ever been in a fight? Did you win? I've been assaulted once or twice but never had a 'fight'. Who do you think I am, Noel or something?

I'm having a look at holiday, something before the end of March (maybe).
No idea if I want a week in the sun reading books, or going out looking at 'stuff'.
Where would you go?

Only saw my Mum and sister on Saturday, consequently we've run out of things to say to each other after 5 minutes. HELP. Talk about anything. I don't care. I'm probably stuck in this conversational limbo for the best part of an hour.
Alt: stuff to talk about to my parents, other than "I'M GAY LOLOLOLOL" please.
AltAlt: Alright?

Are you now ashamed of this or not?
Is there anything you thought was shit then but now realise you were entirely wrong?
This is a shit Q but it's better than 'woo, injection' surely?
(, Mon 23 Jan 2012, 16:07, 199 replies, latest was 14 years ago)
Thank fuck for that, now I'm off out to get injected.

So what do you all think of the Cap on household benefits? £26,000 after tax is pretty decent income IMO.
Generally I'm all for it, hopefully it'll stop landlords putting their shitty run down houses at market rate and getting them filled by the unemployed and paid for by the tax payer.

What spirit should I get? What should the well stocked drinks cabinet contain?
Alt: I had a tickly cough at the weekend and might have sneezed a couple of times. Today I'm a bit bunged up. Should I go home and drink Lemsip?

What are you up to this week? I am on an infant first aid course today, have to attend a funeral tomorrow and a job interview on Wednesday. I hope I don’t get any of these mixed up.
Alt: One wish for this week?
AltAlt: Is Jeff the only person under 50 who still uses the word ‘natter’?

Does anyone keep a count of thread originators -v- response? A nice spreadsheet, with coloured graphs?
I'd like to think I'm near the bottom. Not that I like to be near bottoms - not mens, anyway. Oh no.

I was out last night and there was a young snot who had recently been traveling who insisted telling everyone all about it, unbidden. I was an awful cunt and said I'd been everywhere he had but I did it all better.
Have you travelled? Where you been?
Alt: have you five skinned anyone because they were getting on your tits?

I'll be flying out to Germany for training on the 6th Feb and coming back with a shiny new car!
The Q is - does anyone here get paid in Euros to a UK account? I have to set up a separate business account too which will have a set amount paid in monthly for business expenses.
Any and all help/advice gratefully received!
Alt: Today's breakfast - a planned affair or eaten 'on the hoof'?

==================================
My performance manager cut it [the performance review] short, saying that he had some constructive feedback for me, but he was too worried that I would take it badly and walk out the door, never to return. He was worried that I was at my breaking point, if not completely burnt out already.
In fact, the feedback from upper management was "[Friend] is exceptional in her role, but we are failing her as a company. We've set her up to fail, and this needs to be addressed or else we risk losing a valuable employee."
I was instructed to take the afternoon off, buy a bottle of wine, and submit the cost of the wine as a business expense. That was my performance review.
==================================
I wish my performance reviews were like that.

if no one else is going to start an evening thread, I will
Mostly just to go on about the fact that I will have a HOUSE TOMORROW!!
The first thing I will do it hammer a nail into the wall. 17 years of renting houses, I need to hammer nails and paint walls.
A question? How about What is awesome about houses? What is the best colour? What the hell are you up to? What is the square root of the biggest cubist tree?

Once I was being cheeky when my mum was eating a banana, next thing she slaps me round the face with the banana peel.

Apologies, this isn't worth its own thread so I'll append summat about breasts in a minute. I need to chop a song down to 90 seconds and am wondering if anyone can recommend some free downloadable software with which to do so.
Alt: breasts. How big is too big?
AltAlt for everyone who realised the Alt is a trick question: favourite animal and why
