The missus stuck a huge training time table on the fridge & took me shopping to get some weights.
As a hint; If you buy a 30kg set of weights, make sure you have a car handy & dont have to carry it the 1/2 mile home, especially if you popped into the shop straight after doing a run.

we stopped using those years ago, mainly cos they're not professional quality saws, more for your occassional user, mainly I use husqvarna 346, sometimes a245 for small stuff, one guy has a hot saw driven by a yamaha 350 trial bike engine
