I got rid of me Wii ages ago, around when Twilight Princess was out, it left me cold to be honest.
Skyward Sword looks ok, not too keen on the controls taking up so much of the screen, I won't be getting a Wii to play it, but I am looking forward to the Wii2 in action in June.
I will be getting Ocarina of Time 3D for the 3DS.

The Wii 2 intrigues me
As long as Ninty invests in more 3rd party developers we should be OK.

They say it's slightly more powerful than the PS3 with HD graphics.
The controller sounds intriguing, built-in six inch touch screen. I did hear* that the machine would have a built in projector of some kind, but that may be guff.
The whole industry looks to Nintendo as the innovators, interesting gubbins ahead.
* meaning I read it on the interpipes

This is met with a great deal of skepticism ;)
I've read many reports of the controller allowing "grinding" whilst away from the console. I like the suggestion of a projector. Thinking of buying a HD console? Then you'll need a TV. Most if not all Wii owners, probably don't have a HD telly, so they won't been to fork out more $$$ when you can project it onto your wall.
Nice ideas, but I'll wait until it's shown at the E3 conference on the 7th June :)))

Even with the benefit of doubt
that it was an accident, what a twat not even to see if she was ok. You see this attitude everywhere in football, from the diving premiership muppets to the overly agressive parents at a Saturday morning under 8s match. This is why my kids play rugby, a much more civilised game and one where from the age of 7 any back chat results in a penalty and guess what, no one back chats and everyone gets on with the GAME.

Ditto.
My kids play Rugby and no-one back chats the referee.
I once saw a parent sent off for questioning decisions and the club in question having to provide a written report on how they allowed this sort of thing to happen!

That there storm what was in America the other week, long vid but my god!! the size of it... and his balls for filming it.
If you check it out everyday it tells you the risk of tornadoes and the little console box has a button at the bottom that says trackers and reports grid, if you click on that it takes you to live streams of chases. It's quiet now cause no-ones out but when there's a high risk of tornadoes there's about 30 to watch.

I have a similar thing next to where I live. A piece of graffiti on a university building wall depicting a happy faced creature shouting hello was painted over a few weeks ago and a metal fence put around the wall... which was on the 2nd floor of a building.
Now the creature's re-appeared, instead shouting "Nice Fence! :D"

the first picture seems to have been taken closer (ie, the guy was probably standing next to the poll)
either that or when they put the bus stop in they managed to procure funds to clean the graffitti off
