Didn't use it much as I wasn't in too much pain. However, I knew I was in trouble when they came to remove the drain from the back of my cervical spine - they took the lock off it (that meant you couldn't give yourself more than three pumps at a time*) and told me to keep pressing the button until I 'felt sleepy'. I did - took a few but I was definitely a bit 'floaty' when the pulled the drain out. Still hurt like a bastard though. I've kept most of the post-discharge meds - my medicine box would be worth a few bob on the street I reckon

I thought I'd shamble out of the shadows to show off a VR comedy sketch I just finished cobbling together.
I know that nobody watches things in VR. That's your fault, not mine.
.....and it looks like embedded videos on the page don't support 360 panning. Follow the link to watch it properly.
That was interesting
I had to watch it twice, because I kept missing things. I can't decide if that is just me not being used to the medium, or you not doing enough to prompt me to look in the right direction.
Good work though!

Similar to VR in games. I don't WANT to stand up, turn around (or in advanced versions, walk on some weird treadmill). I'm playing games because I'm sedentary and I like to remove opportunities for accidentally thinking too hard from my life.

it's less than 10 per cent. It's going to hit us a hell of a lot more than them. I could talk you through how Macquarie's business model does *exactly* this wherever it goes - if it hurts my foe more than me, it's a good thing even if it hurts me a bit. It's a bloody nose for them - it's going to be a series of unending body blows against the ropes for us. 4 per cent annualised reduction in GDP - this is a recipe for unending Venezualan Corbynism as we fight over the smaller and smaller scraps left. I've told my kids to get the fuck out of the country as soon as they graduate.

I wonder why they didn't try to use European labour to solve this problem? Hope it's not in the belief they can be exploited on the cheap.
Whilst they may assume they've just gotten an instant educated workforce that can look after them in their dotage it's going to come at a price.
These are heavily traumatised men women and children who will need looking after. Especially the children who will have witness horrible brutality. Can't just drop them into the school system and leave them to it. They'll need proper psychological care.
Also they'll need to invest in housing, health, schooling etc to cope with the boom.
