All canine behaviour is merely an extension and tranference of natural instincts
which evolved in the wild, mostly to maintain the social coherence of the pack. The dog is already inclined towards the bouncing motion of the pogo stick as an extension of mating behaviour. It wears the tutu as an extension of all dogs' natural desire to be ballerinas.

My brain is finding it hard to grasp its own existence.
I like the cursor to move in a 1:1 ratio. Not the top right of the tablet is the top right of the screen and the bottom right the bottom right etc.
(riverghostservicing your mum since,
Sat 25 Nov 2006, 14:44,

Ah - right
I suppose it's tough to make it move in a 1:1 ratio as that would entirely depend on the size of monitor the person was using.
More expensive tablets probably come with calibration software to alter this kind of thing, but I found it much cheaper to calibrate my hand to the way the tablet works.
Inches. Yeah. Those things we had before pixels. (There's a system call to get monitor resolution information which tells you how big it is in inches, so it's not that hard.)

I love christmas!
But hate the horrible people who use it to hawk their shitty wares from the beginning of November. And all you "Ooh, I hate christmas, I'm so Scroogely, I say ban Christmas cos I don't like it waaah, I never got a hug off daddy" types can shush. To paraphrase Mr Alan Partridge "If you don't like it, don't do it" Or come over to my house for Christmas, you'll love it then.

of course! And all manner of other things
Chocolates, turkey, ham, roast potatoes, roast parsnips, christmas pudding with flaming brandy, anal rape, pigs in blankets, carrots, brussel sprouts, bing crosby, fairy lights, presents, sandwiches, crisps, smaoked salmon, hardcore dry fisting, mince pies, brandy butter, wine, beers, sherry, love and hugs, jollity and a fire. Huzzay!
(Nikfuf EetrNorthern Midlander,

That all sounds great, especially the anal rape and the hugs.
But do you only have great things once a year, at this prescribed time?
Also, if for some reason such as poverty, gastric ulcers, a desire for quiet contemplation, or excessive dry fisting the week before, you don't feel like having a big celebration on the 25th, do you force yourself to have one anyway in the name of tradition? Parsnips are my favourite ashally

Ooh, not many Moorhouse's about!
First person outside my family I met who was called Moorhouse was some nursey type at my college. Her first name was the same as my mum's so that was doubly strange.
On the whole I aren't a Jamelia fan (really) but the what I guess to be new song is catchy as hell.
