Solved the timing on my one. I still couldn't get it to loop nicely though, even though I had matched my bpm to the framerate.

...tell flash it's ok to drop frames if it needs to. Normally flash draws every frame, which means sound and anim can drift on someone else's machine if it is slower (or faster) than yours.
