I've had fish and chips, a "ploughmans" lunch (what's with the apple?) and the guys took me out for Indian food tonight. They recommended a vindaloo..I may have suffered tonight but they'll suffer in the restroom later today!
And what's the taboo about not taking leftovers with you? I asked for a to go box and I guess that's an embarrassing thing here?
Abberacion - thanks for the message, but I work through Sunday to facilitate this rollout. Monday am heading down to London and will be staying in some place called Camden and back to Manchester Tuesday evening before I head home.
And just so this isn't boring:
Alt - when were you last "persuaded" to try something different that turned out the joke was on you?

I have one of the new Apple phones. I feel dirty. And, yet, I have also been listening to the Police radio channel in Tokyo via a free app.
I have never in my life felt so conflicted about an object...

Hey folks.
i have a question.
do any of you lovely internet entities travel in your more mundane corporeal form from brighton to london and back in a commutey type fashion for work? it's looming on the horizon, i'm wondering, what's the craic? will it drive me mad as a bag of wasps? will i leave the house at some ungodly hour and return at an even more ungodly one? will i find myself leaving for work before i arrive home? i've done the maths and it kinda computes, so that's fine.. i'm more wondering about the actual travelling time.

In one I had to go back to school as a sixth-former and had to wear full school uniform. When I arrived Humpty Dumpty was Pushed (old school qotwer for you young 'uns)was standing outside, he laughed at me but hugged me and told me I'd be alright.
Most odd.
What do you think it means?
And do you believe in dreams being a pathway to our subconscious desires and fears?

I sometimes think about what would happen if I was horribly killed in a random freak accident possibly involving heavy duty farming machinery (this isn't what he reminded me of, don't worry).
I think I should work on my last words to make sure Wiggy doesn't remember them as being "don't forget the damn milk this time dumbass".
I once said "I'm going to the shop. I may be some time" in the hope of leaving them as my last words should the freak accident involving heavy duty farm machinery take place. Wiggy told me that was a cliche, so should the freak accident involving heavy duty farm machinery have taken place on that occasion, my last words to him would have been "fuck you, your face is a cliche".
What do you want your last words to be? What do you think they probably will be?
Alt Q: It's nearly lunch time, what are you having? Is it horribly disappointing now that we've been discussing cheese and steak for an hour?

And no, it's not AA's wake.
Lets talk about the effect of technology in early development and whether it has a negative impact on mental skills, specifially numerical calculation.
Alt Q. What tech of the future do you want now? Apart from a rocket pack obviously

When you talk about music I usually don´t know the groups or songs you´re talking about, and I know you won´t give a shit about the ones I like, so I normally don´t participate.
However, today I´ve been surprised by this girl www.youtube.com/watch?v=-hRhqYb-rbk&feature=related and I thought I´d share it with you, as I really like her music and can´t believe I hadn´t heard of her before. And I think some of you might like.
Any surprises recently?

I've just been reading the timeline of Khyra Ishaq's death.
It really upsets me that such a thing could happen to a child.
What's worse is that her "father" has the nerve to say her death was '"absolutely disgraceful". He says he feels let down by the authorities.' Well, where the fuck were you when she was starving to death?
*grumbles*
Q: Am I the only person that trawls around craigslist reading the personals? I just like looking to see if I know any of them. I haven't recognised a specific penis yet.

And thinking about all the things I could have done up until now, if I had had the money/opportunity and been more enthused. I'd have loved to have gone trail cycling, for example, but can't afford a decent bike for it, and I'd love to go snow-boarding or surfing.
If you won £500, right now, and were told that the only proviso is you spend it having fun (not paying off bills), what would you do with it?
