My feet hurt, I am hot, I am so very very tired, I am slightly drunked
and I am over the moon. I'm on the committee of a local charity, and tonight we raised over £1200. It took a lot of hard work, a lot of running around, a lot of panicking, but we managed to hold a Sinatra Tribute Swing Dinner and Dance for 100 people, feed, water and entertain them, wash and clear up afterwards, and STILL have time to dance and drink a fair amount of gin.

I'm bloody knackered. I plan on doing sod all tomorrow, for the last two days have involved a LOT of work.

How was your evening?
(, Sun 5 Jul 2009, 0:59, archived)

I wish I could have gone. I did not a lot. Went for a walk, fucked about on the laptop. Watching Tombstone now.

it had stopped for engineering things so they did a quiz over the PA.
I handed my sheet in and won a bottle of wine which I gave to some middle aged cackling women.

I am very sunburnt, it is tingly.
