# Text adventures
Gah. Don't I feel daft. The BBC have a 20th Anniversary edition of the original text adventure game on the Radio 4 site, and I plugged it on my challenge entry - this would have been a much better place.

Anyway, apologies if this sounds like an ad (I worked on the game) but they're running a picture competition to go with it. Rod Lord, the chap who did all the graphics for the Hitchhiker's TV series ...

... illustrated most of the scenes in the new game, but some have been left empty for the competition. The Beeb are offering CDs and a part in the next Hitchhiker's radio series as prizes for the best submissions.

[Edit: Fixed link to Rod Lord's site.]

One of those 'Choose Your Own Adventure' type things.
"You are dribbling the ball up the wing. Turn to page 21 if you want to pass it to Fatty McTavish or to page 28 to cross it to Skinny Smith."
*Turns to page 28*
"It's a good ball! Hang on... a dog has run onto the pitch and intercepted it!"
etc.
