Old, and requiring a Mr Pedantic:
It's "hanged".

people are hanged
meat is hung. Surely hung is correct once he's dead?
(
Errol ,
Tue 13 Jan 2004, 12:02,

Well, there's some debate about
that. It's "hanged" once the victim is dead, but you can use "hung" to describe a generic situation where a person is hanging from a rope. So, in this picture, if he's not yet dead, "hung" is fine. I know this because I had a debate with an old sub-editor about it. So there.
(
themanwhofellasleep ,
Tue 13 Jan 2004, 12:02,

Actually...
...that's a common misconception. You should only use 'hanged' when reffering to capital punishment - suicide should be referred to as 'hung.' /uber pedant.

...
Hanged is the past-tense and past-participle form of the verb hang meaning "to execute." The convict was hanged. See... if it's suicide it don't count.
(

That does make sense.
Although the world's media doesn't seem to know about the distinction.

Hahaha,
I read about that. Wish I'd thought of it earlier, but I had an idea for a fun flash game. Supporters of Premiership teams other than Man Utd must have been a bit miffed by all the free publicity Man U got during the Huntley trial. So I thought it would have been nice to make a flash game where you could dress Holly and Jessica up in the strips of any other Premiership team just for fairness. Sadly it's not so topical now. And I don't know a thing about flash. Still if someone else wants to have a bash, feel free.

Farmer Jesse's cruel names pointed to the inevitable,
but in spite of all the signs being there, Daisy and her friends never did get the joke...

I might need to move some of the other bodies
into the other freezer. I also have an original victorian "meat slab" too in there. Handy for those moments when you need to cut meat up......

we used to go
to my mum's boss house to feed his lambs. Then we'd go for a barbeque in the summer and after we'd eaten he proudly told exactly which adorable lamb we had eaten.

Ahh, Britain
Opposing the death sentence since the 1950's. Providing jails completely unable to provide security to prisoners since 1875. I mean, you might as well allow the Trisha audience to kick convicted murderers to death nowadays. Once they're inside, they have a life expectancy of about 1/250th of their sentence. Bah. /rant
