Maybe change the patterning on the rim so it warps with the shape.
Although to be honest it doesn't really matter that much as the actually shape and shading is still really well done.

get rid of the hair highlights just below the brim, as it should probably be in shadow.
it looks like the shadow on the brim should go to the back of the hat instead of straight to the left, either that or the hat should be shaded more gradually across the hat
