Except that, technically, it shouldn't
The theory being that in this day and age, browsers cache files so they don't have to be downloaded every refresh.
Of course, I'm forgetting about the two and a half users who don't use a v4 or better browser...

That's been pointed out, but no-one seems really sure how often it happens, and whether it would be be an issue even if it was only the once

It was back when there was only one icon,
and we replaced it with the gif, so nearly everyone on the board had little exploding fireworks next to their names. Bit daft.

they've started removing the general tags on the pics
and making very small print *most pics by B3ta.com notes*, and then asking
that if the original creators fancy getting in touch, they'll credit them,
so might be worth
Fanj dropping them a line and asking for £240 of dvds.... As credit

Get in touch with them
and claim the prize - I have been fighting them for ages, initially for Zoo to give the same prize the 'contributor' gets to the creator.
However, when they agreed not to publish any more of my work and then the following week published 2 of my pics, I withdrew my original suggestion and after dealing with their solicitors for several weeks - we will probably soon take them to court.
They have claimed (and I have proof that they have done so) that some 'contributors' say the images they sent in were their own work.
I'm starting to wonder if there really are contributors.
EDIT - Next stop their sponsors - I find it ironic that TV and movie companies are sponsoring a competition that is based on theft of copyright.
