Slowly slowly
If they landed right next to some alien technology they wouldn't want to roll out the big cameras first. Have a peek, if it looks suspicious, blame on the low resolution and pretend there is a problem with the other cameras /tinfoils
You have NO idea how hard it is to find an English version of that clip on Youtube.

Bring it up to date folks. Have you seen how many 4 year olds wear Slipknot hoodies?
'Be Spiderman' personalised videos just won't cut it.
Yes I know it's 'Troll', not Slipknot. The Troll picture was the better composition.

You can send a picture of your child's face to a company
who will render it onto a 'Super hero' cartoon so that they get to 'be' Spiderman for a rubbish insipid 10-minute video that costs a packet as their face is superimposed on to the animation in place of the Superhero face.
Just saying, like, they need to get down wiv da yoof.

I just love that label; a "closet" furry.
It almost sounds like furry is a sexuality or something. I'd say it was adorable if it wasn't creepy at the same time.

Paraphilia maybe, a sexuality is a more fundamental aspect of self.
I wonder if it is more related to playful sexual anonymity in some cases (like a masked ball), or assuming a different persona for varying reasons.

Yeah, lovely design, I think I've got a figure of that somewhere. I wonder what happened to this kind of anime, it's all cute big-eyed stuff now.

Yeah - it was one of the best animes from the golden days, when characters were interesting, and mostly male, storylines were good, and mech designs were sensible and well thought out
That was supposedly Sadamoto poking fun at NGE fans for being perverts, or something.

Not Macross. A Go-Bot
They then copied the design for a Transformer called Jetfire. I still have mine on a bookshelf across the room.

It's Macross. go-bots aka Machine Robo had nothing like this in their designs unless you just count a jet that changed into a robot as the same thing. Valkyries had jet, gerwalk and battroid modes, the latter we see above. Takara/Hasbro did use the large VF toy as Jetfire but the colours are wrong, especially the engine/missle pods on the back. The original toys are much nicer (and deadlier) as even the giant SDF-1 had multiple launchers of plastic death while the "robotech" version released under Matchbox was a copy of the same toy sans death launchers :(

He is engaging (you) the audience in a chance that you might have an understanding of the situation and realize that you are on the same path.
