This is a normal post Loving this review, comedy gold...
I'm retarded, but I think this book really helped me understand. God gave Aids to the babies in Africa so at some point, maybe after a cartoon, a glass of warm milk, and a nice afternoon nap, I could decide to play around with the free will given to me by the Savior and assert it in either choosing to help or choosing to ignore them. Wow! God must really love me to do that for me.
I kind of feel bad for the babies in Africa, but instead I'm going to be the most famous retarded country singer in the world and I'm going to win a Grammy - thank you God. I really want to do a duet with Hank Williams Jr. and maybe even do some cocaine together.
Anyway, keep an eye out for me and my album. If a retard like me could see the light, than you can too. God bless all, and thank you for this great book.

A visit to the santa cruz test lab, although the last test is a bit of a joke, it's actually quite interesting because one of the main criticisms for carbon mountain bikes is that apparently years of rocks flying up and hitting the tubes will weaken them over time...anyone.....

This is a normal post I've never rated the Cannondales.
Test rode one of the older xc bikes at Glentress, and it didn't feel anywhere near as agile as you'd want it to. It looked nice, but handled like a log. I know the bg thing about carbon is it's light and allows flex in the frames, but personally I'd rather have a specific shock to deal with suspension, rather than part of the frame itself.

The Kleins on the other hand, rode one of the budget ones. Best fun I've had on a bike in ages. Stick with it.
(, Sun 15 Jul 2012, 17:47, Reply)
This is a normal post I was never tempted by Klein
but loved their two tone pain jobs on the specials, different colours depending on what side of the bike you looked at.

For a while, I had a top level Kona, one of their last Steel frames and that was like riding lightening. An absolutely amazing bike(Although my Giant was and remains slightly better). Shame the high end stuff all went Alu in the end.

This is a normal post and
During the first United States nuclear test on 16 July 1945, electronic equipment was shielded due to Enrico Fermi's expectation of an electromagnetic pulse from the detonation. The official technical history for that first nuclear test states, "All signal lines were completely shielded, in many cases doubly shielded. In spite of this many records were lost because of spurious pickup at the time of the explosion that paralyzed the recording equipment."[2] During British nuclear testing in 1952–1953 there were instrumentation failures that were attributed to "radioflash", which was then the British term for EMP.[3][4]

This is a normal post Probably just fairly localised leakage/contamination, but probably no nuclear explosion
The explosives would probably start to burn, then possibly (but unlikely) explode. If they explode then the nuclear material may be spread into the atmosphere. If it didn't explode then probably you just end up with a big radioactive volcano, spewing out radioactive lava for a long, long time.
(, Sun 15 Jul 2012, 14:18, Reply)
This is a normal post COOL!

(, Sun 15 Jul 2012, 14:21, Reply)
This is a normal post Yeah.
My guess is that the explosives'd go, but because there'd be no control over the way they went, the nuclear reaction wouldn't start - so you'd just end up with a lump of fissile material sitting in there slowly melting.

I'd dispute the bit about the particularly radioactive volcano, though: possibly depending on where it is, there'd already be all kinds of radioactive stuff in the magma; and there's really not very much in a bomb. So any difference it makes'd be marginal - a couple of kilos mixed in however many thousand tonnes there is of magma is pretty small beer.

All the participants I have ever met are extremely friendly and will happily let you sample a few seconds use of their equipment. The last time I was out there, one group took pity on my MRE diet and treated me to a steak dinner the second night of the event.

I was quite surprised my own hardware generated some appreciative comments: my Kalashnikov action is the rare long barrel hunting rifle in .308 Winchester, aka "VEPR."

And anyone who's engaged in target shooting knows how relaxing that can be; anti-gun people need to spend some time at an open range, plinking at an old soup or bean can.
