What exactly IS a Social Justice Warrior?
From the few definitions I've happened across, it seems to be someone that has a massive erection about social justice. Maybe getting too erect over it is kinda a bad thing, but isn't social justice ultimately a good thing?
Genuinely curious.

1) They don't believe in equality.
The film maker's free speech is immediately disqualified and the woman attempts to no platform him because he doesn't agree with her politically and is a white man.
2) They don't believe in free speech.
The woman tries to impose her own authoritarian code of conduct on the man in order to silence his First Amendment rights.
3) They're racist.
The white woman rushes to the aid of the Mexican woman, presuming that she is unable to defend her political ideas on her own because she is a minority. This is the bigotry of low expectations.

Which is a racist preconception in itself. Just like the far left in this country thinking all migrants agree with them.

Yes, they were very keen but the possibility of bringing what were basically weapons and weapons grade explosives into the country was nil.
If I recall correctly they did make it to the Netherlands which, if you've ever spent a New Year's Eve in Amsterdam, would make sense as it's like Apocalypse Now anyway.

Guy plays the GoT theme
So, I've decided that I need an electro-acoustic guitar, and I've also decided, pretty much, that it needs to be a Faith Trembesi Venus Blood Moon, which is how I stumbled upon this video of a man who appears to be the bastard son of Paul Simon and Thom Yorke slaying the Game of Thrones theme. Not many views and I thought it deserved more.
Should I buy one?

Bouncy floppy eared mentalness
We have a retriever who isnt the smartest dog and he is always doing stupid things usualy running into things and this week we are fostering a black labrador who is 2years old and NEVER stops.
Between the two dogs there is constant farting and humpping and the amount of fur that these dogs shed is like a championship winning performance from the alapecia championships.
makes for a wonderfully bonkers walk. in the back of the car they are both docile and after a few mins of peace they try to hump each other Black lab likes to try the tradional styl while Chalie mungus mighty hound seems to prefer skull buggery and has so far kept away from kodas back end.
tug of war with socks usualy ends with a shreded sock and lots of hair and slobber and humping
wlaking usualy ends with rolling in something dead or stinking and lots of slobber and humping
brushing ends in slobber hair and humping
feeding time usual starts with both dogs quivering with the thought of food just like a Jock herion addict waiting for his next hit and usual ends with farting and burps and then humping
only got koda until saturday but by golly we will miss his full on hump first fart later approach to things.

Much as I like David Mitchell and often agree with him
I think he's missed the point there by a very wide margin.
He wants to be led. Good for him. I on the other hand want the democratic right to make a goddamn choice about who's in charge.
Let me be clear about this - I've not made my mind up if I'm in the leave or stay camp. However Mitchell isn't asking me to be in one camp or the other, he's denying that I should have the ability to be able to make that choice at all.
Advocating reduced democracy purely to score points against your political nemesis is so short-sighted it hurts.

I dunno.
Was reading about Burke a while ago, and what stuck with me is the concept that people elect other people to make the difficult decisions, about which they have the time to read, to think, and to debate.
I admit that this is a pretty important thing we have to decide, but else do we have plebiscites on - the death penalty? I think his point about the whole referendum being an arrogation of responsibility rings pretty true.

poised on the brink of one of the most important decisions of our adult lives, in possession of absolutely bugger-all in the way of facts.
I for one would rather leave such a decision to those with the information to properly consider the alternatives, and to come up with the best course of action. Instead I'm supposed to decide whether I prefer Gideon's vision of economic suicide or Boris' vision of OMGHITLERS!!!

If I weren't so keen on the idea of the EU and generally pleased with what's been achieved I'd probably vote to leave just to stick it to Cameron out of sheer bloody-mindedness.

Fuck both the campaigns for that
But here's what bothers me about the whole EU thing. It's been clear for as long as I can remember - possibly even since the Maastricht Treaty was signed - that the UK population had no idea what they were getting out of the project. We've all heard about the money that flows to Brussels the French farming subsidies, the financial basket cases that some of the member states turned out to be. But who is publicising the positives? If the positives are there - and there must surely be some - why did it have to get to the point where we're at risk of leaving before hearing about them? How can an organisation that big be so bad at PR? Is it that they just didn't care what we think?

But here's what bothers me about the whole EU thing. It's been clear for as long as I can remember - possibly even since the Maastricht Treaty was signed - that the UK population had no idea what they were getting out of the project. Last word
In large part, I'd say Britain's problem is that our politicians have treated us with so much contempt over the last 25 years when it comes to Europe. They've been grandstanding so much over what bezzie mates they are with the German Chancellor of the day, or crowing about how much they won from the most recent treaty negotiations, to the extent that they haven't levelled with the electorate about what they're doing, and why, and why it's important.
Both camps have such utter, utter contempt for the people they're asking to make the decision they don't have the balls to make themselves.
Cunts.

fakeroony?
Surely you wouldn't get that close or be that calm. Plus the way the guy gets bored and stops filming just seemed unlikely. I wouldn't take my eye off it until it was way out of sight.

It's a common thing over there
what's the normal procedure for when one turns up on a golf course? I got no idea.
By now, they must be Florida's equivalent of a mole. A little bigger of course :P

“He doesn’t bother anybody and they don’t bother him, he’s like a mascot for the course,” course employee Wendy Schofield told 3 News.

I would like to think any hunters would know better
than harm the golf club's unofficial mascot. It might piss people off

because i reckon these fellas have probably seen/experienced a few more living in florida, which is a giant swamp and therefore aren't as terrified as if the thing came plodding through croydon high street.

Dead common in Fla
I lived there as a lad and the apartment block next door was close to a creek which used get dry and they were always finding gators in their pool. They didn't have duck ponds but we did used to go and throw marshmallows to the gators in a local pond. There was reputed to be a 16ft monster in there called old one eye. Fnarr fnarr.

Nowhere near as territorial and/or aggressive as a lot of crocodiles.
That's why the locals can then get worked up about escaped crocs from farm/zoo establishments settling into the wild - much more unpredictable.
In Australia, with bastard-nasty salt-water crocodiles around, it generally pays to be a lot more careful.

Florida is a weird place
I've only been to Orlando area (Disney etc.) but even around there you'll see alligators and turtles. There are warnings alongside virtually every lake. Sounds like they've got a few Nile crocodiles too.
