# An old ani of mine I've tried to improve . . . followed by a question - NOT covered in the FAQ.

Okay, I'm sure there's a very simple answer to this. I have been sent a mpeg file attatchment which I would like to send on to the magic donkey. In the 'contact us' bit there is no option to attatch files - only post links. There is no source in the clip info - any help??
(, Thu 16 Sep 2004, 14:53, archived)
# if you can't upload it to some webspace
then just send an e-mail describing what it is.
If it's not your own original movie then assume it's been seen already. (Can you imagine how many Gigs of e-mail attachments would be sent of a viral movie?)
Can you describe it?
(, Thu 16 Sep 2004, 14:56, archived)
# well
I imagine it's been seen - but I'm not sure - without giving much away, it's an advert which involves following a car from a distance driving through the countryside - there is a ghostly image which is why the advert was never used . . . i think it's an advert for a german alcopop - ring any bells? (First thing I have seen on the web that made me jump out of my skin - it's fucking superb)
(, Thu 16 Sep 2004, 14:59, archived)
# I've seen it - just not sure where??
although it's probably on:
www.punchbaby.com
but I just can't be arsed looking through all the videos to see.

and while were on the topic of car films have a look at these from BMW: intl.bmwfilms.com/clap.asp?template=season1&country=eurorussia&film=

they're fucking quality

# Most people on this side of th Atlantic don't know what Irony is.
They think anything that is coincidental is ironic, because they never learned the proper definition of the word. Either that or they are too shallow and bobble-headed to understand that irony is the specific set of circumstances in which the exact opposite of what you would expect to happen, happens. 10,000 spoons when you need a knife is not ironic. Needing a knife, not being able to find one, and then randomly being stabbed in the throat. . . ah, now there's some irony.
