Firms get so many applications these days, (I know we do, and we don't even have any jobs going). All you can really do is get your spelling right, don't appear over or under qualified and hope for the best.

The weekend before last I went away and went to the house of some chaps who rescue animals.

They've been looking after two meerkats for a few years now, a lady one and a man one and they recently had babies.

I went into their enclosure and spent an hour with them all and it was HEAVEN. They were so incredibly friendly and loved their necks scratched (their eyes roll with pleasure) and their bellies rubbed.

They were so fecking CUTE, especially the babies.
