Well, each story was given a date ("At this spot in XXXX" etc). I did some research - Turns out the town was built 2 years AFTER the latest of these given dates.

it`s effectively tied to the motherboard, unless it`s a full unopened copy of the software - that`s why if you get cheap OEM copies, legally it has to be supplied with an "essential" system component.. like a 2 quid piece of shit mouse
