'Draw Hitler'
I take it it's okay to draw on your computer. People compo anything, but what's the use really? I mean, where will it get them?
(
mediocre ha ha ha, you're reading this ,
Tue 14 Jul 2009, 11:20,

Let me explain ;)
This week we're having a drawing competition . We want you to use pens, pencils, crayons, blood, anything really , but you have to draw Hitler.
(
Redsushi! Whoop! Whoop! Yes, that one! ,
Tue 14 Jul 2009, 11:23,

Ok,
Could I, using photoshop draw a 'tache on something/someone to make it become hitler? Would that count?
(

The 'Draw Hitler's moustache on stuff' compo is next week
(
mediocre ha ha ha, you're reading this ,
Tue 14 Jul 2009, 11:29,
archived )
I wouldn't say so, no.
That is drawing a moustache, not Hitler. But you know, it isn't as if this is the first compo where people just read one word and make an entry, and I am sure it won't be the last.
(
Redsushi! Whoop! Whoop! Yes, that one! ,
Tue 14 Jul 2009, 11:30,

Indeed
But what kept me wondering is what's the point of entering in a challenge if you don't fit the challenge description anyway? Just post what you want, you don't have to compo everything.
(
mediocre ha ha ha, you're reading this ,
Tue 14 Jul 2009, 11:34,

Sadly we will never know the answer to this :)
It's like people who feel that they have to ented every compo, regardless.

that's generally right
but the killer from the last killing spree here in germany got his guns from his father's closet (they were both members of a shooting club), and do you think they took it as a reason to tighten the firearms laws? Of course not! What would the lobbyists say! But oh, hey, the guy had "Killerspiele" on his PC, they must be responsible, let's ban them all! /rant Edit: The reasons for someone to go batshit are of course much more complex than that and would require a deep psychological approach, but try to sell that to the papers two days after another shooting. fucking politics.

well with 30 of them, they HAVE to change it...

In 1945 Redsushi! Whoop! Whoop!, the flamboyant cubist painter from the Swiss Tiroler peninsula, narrowly escaped death from a flock of rampant Toads-of-the-Alps.
Acting coolly, he only managed to survive getting eaten alive by the toads by eating himself first. Then his clothes, a prayerbook, two young girls who lived next door to him, a barn and a small tractor. After going to the toilet, everything returned to normal. Albeit slightly smellier.

Or at least had some fun, last night... A little bit too much fun chasing dropped paint drops with the air compressor, as you can see. Buying an airbrush to do amateur Giger ripoffs is not the worst way of spending $300, IMHO.

Actually this is the the default setting for an airbrush. It's the sort of thing airbrushes will do all on their own when left alone with a pot of coffee. Or a six pack. Or a coffee of-- well never mind.
