# Chest size?
Delightfully absurd. Send me your details and i'll send along the straightjacket

# it's not that absurd
the one on the left is using the cone to channel the power of the sun, and therefore protect himself from shark attack. the one on the right is transfixed by the fear of the attack. the hovercraft is taking a group of tourists on an aerial view of the events.

# I don't normally go for Command and Conquer type games
as they tend to be simplistic point and click warfare, but apparently they have added a bit more strategy to the formula as each character engages the enemy with it's own a.i. battle system.
(, Mon 13 Sep 2004, 9:54, archived)
# There's some interesting stuff in there,
I would recommend the demo to see what you think of it first, as you could in theory get by with simple point and click tactics, aleast against the computer opponents in the demo.
But as I've discovered with most games, how you play against a computer is often quite different to how you play against other people.
If you know what you're doing, all thedifferent stances, adn the morale system, and the customising what weapons your squads carry will make an awful lot of difference to how well you do.

That probably doesn't make much sense, as I'm crap at explaining stuff.
(, Mon 13 Sep 2004, 10:01, archived)
# It does make sense
I used to play a lot of Original Warhammer and every little detail could mean the difference between having a winning army or one that gets stuck in heavy ground because it's wearing too much armour. So it sounds pretty good to me.

Earlier Story

What do you think of this type/style of picture/post? Good or bad.

I'm working on a couple of flash files to make it easier to make new versions of these, so any opinions or ideas would be useful.

Advice can be tricky. For example,
you advised we all screw. A fine idea, but I'm a bit shy in that area.

Also, you obviously care very much to send us your screwing wishes, and for that you cannot be ignored.

If you need encouragement, just ask. Here are some happy tits!

Flash sounds like a great idea for the scrolling headline. The anchorman could use some subtle expression change with the mini screen, like a supressed smile when something awful happens. Maybe a story about a cat and then someone runs on the set and stabs him in the head. See? Irony.

Keep it up, good sir!

# Couple of thoughts.
The 'news just in' takes up valuable ticker space, could it just be 'breaking news' flashing on the line above.

The newsreader should be rubbing his hands as it's been a slow night and now things are moving.

# Ah
I'd wondered about that, but then I thought if you had a finite amount of text to show, it would probably be about the same to show more frames of less text or less frames of more text.
