I use MS Gif Animator, which is free but not particularly good - it works but any optimising you have to do by hand.I've heard the GIMP does animated GIFs too but not that intuitive to learn.

You have to cycle the background animation somehow.I wouldn't try it with a single photo. Instead I would try to tile it so the same chunk can repeatedly appear from behind periodically and keep shrinking as the camera moves away.
This probably isn't proper technique, as it came from the top of my head as I was typing something completely different :^P

But squerting the nasal spray and sucking the living daylights out of the inhalators last thing at night, takes away all the physical syptoms, just the mental cravings of being chain smoker for going on 30 years to deal with ...!!

I hate sweets totaly......I just 100% miss the taste of tobacco... the way it makes everything else taste.... drinking my espresso in the morning with the taste of fresh minty toothpaste still in my mouth is just revolting.... espresso goes with the taste of tobacco and nothing else will ever replace that taste...

Problem is my Espresso is about two hours after getting up....After orange, water, tea and breakfast....
And the taste of the fresh minty toothpaste lasts for about 4 hours..!!
I just want my mouth to taste like the gutter... like it has for the past 30 years... ;-)

It gets easier, honestly it doesand although the cravings never completely go away, they get replaced by a kind of nostalgia which is easier to deal with.

Hershey, as do other chocolate manufacturers here,make a variety of different types of chocolate, for different uses. My fave is milk chocolate bars, with or without almonds. Hershey Kisses and M&Ms (by Mars) are right up there too, in my book

UK chocolate has very low coco content....So low that it isn't allowed to be called chocolate in Europe, so doesn't taste that chocolatey, it has a large amount of vegetable fat in it, so doesn't feel as nice on the tongue when it melts, in is manafactured to be quite brittle, because the UK market apparently likes a "Snap" in their chocolate when they break or bite it....
