but that depends on if you mean cd quality as in you want to make it sound as good as the original CD.
However, it is perfectly possible to turn any old crappy sample of any bitrate and compression into 44100hz, 16bit, stereo sound. It'll still sound just as crap, but it will be stored at CD quality.

Apparently the last tenants left suddenly and the agency wants a quick let on the place. didn't get many photos as i was in a right state and woke up half on Smirny's bed, and half on a load of cardboard boxes. (though DarkEdge managed to get miles worse somehow!)
Was a great night - cheers to all involved ;)
