Anyway, Tamworth has sh*t public transport. But everyone there drives and is happy doing so.
In London, I normally get the tube unless I'm making lots of stops all over the place, in which case I drive.
I avoid buses like the plague (except the N341, which goes straight from Fabric to my house..)

# Weights make you gain weight
As muscle is heavier. Try some aerobic exercise like running, or step
And eat right, obviously. Get some support from friends. Female friends are especially useful at this as we've all tried weight loss at some point.

# I dont have any friends.
Ive have anxiety disorder from the age of about 15, so I didnt have any friends, and now I dont have the 'skills' of meeting people that others take for granted.

Which is also why im fat - I dont go out to do anything, so its lack of exercise.

And I dont mind weighing the same, as long as most of its muscle ;)

# I always though moobs were down to drinking too much booze
Scientific bit, as far as Im aware;

Testosterone and estrogen are pressent in both men and women
When you drink it increases levels of testosterone. This makes people aggressive and horny
The body tries to keep the levels of testosterone and estrogen at the same proportion so produces more estrogen. This gives you moobs.
(, Tue 27 Sep 2005, 14:05, archived)

# Fair enough

(, Tue 27 Sep 2005, 14:11, archived)
# I'm afraid...
...that's what we scientists technically call bollocks. Alcohol gives you moobs because it's calorific. You become aggressive because it makes you uninhibited (you'll notice that naturally sanguine people do not become more aggressive).
