Good Evening !
I haven't been around for a while, so no longer know what the hell is going on here.
So I've decide to unilaterally relaunch both RPS and LOTD.
Here is Gus's Best Sunday Lunch Ever:
I've adapted the recipe slightly to my suit my own tastes (HOTTER !) and to reflect what I've actually got in the store cupboard;
from this:
www.bbc.co.uk/food/recipes/database/bourbonglazedstickyr_90440.shtml
I'm using Pork - but I think I'm going to try Beefs.
Some might say it's a waste of Jim Beam Black - but you aren't tasting what I'm tasting !
Note selected ingredients - including Daves Insanity Special Reserve Chilli Sauce.
I'm all Pigged Out now !
(Sorry about the Bigness - I stupidly assumed that B3ta's hosting would automatically optimise it for me - I told you I hadn't been around for a while !
But we're all on Mega Huge Broadband now anyway - aren't we ?)
