How silly! EDIT: Also, has anyone else heard that Gran Torino advert on the radio? Am I the only one who keeps imagining Clint Eastwood as having a west country accent at the end of it, saying Get Off My Lawn!

Yeah, I did go through a phase
of watching a hell of a lot of films a couple of years back, but I have this terrible habit of just watching the same films over and over. For example, when I saw City of Lost Children, I ended up watching it about 5 times that week :)

i do that as well, mostly because if i watch a great movie i want every friend i know to watch it.
i think i saw the big lebowski 7 or 8 times in a fortnight when i first saw it. city of god is the same. there's so much in there you can't digest in one watch alone. the octopus especially

I'm sorry sir, but you have me at a RIS...
'ningles everyone, on this fine Wednesday morning! Trying to hold your breath for 20 minutes on a train is not advised. Why can't people brush their teeth in the morning, buy some breath mints, or AT FUCKING LEAST BREATHE THROUGH THEIR NOSE, NOT THEIR MOUTH.

A thread of discussion in regards to the UK centric nature of the popular page.
I made the point that several folks from other places have posted some wonderful stuff that gets little notice in the wave of dayshift clicks. I know of at least a dozen past posters who have felt that this made them less eager to play here. And limit on number friends list makes spazing a must. And for those in limited bandwidth areas this can be a real pain in the ass. Suggestion of popular by shift like the stats-page might help encourage more folks to not wander off. The suggestion was put to the powers that be and got a "LOL WUT?"-- sigh.

..odd you'd think that
..a cats anus and vagina are located under the tail, the cat would have to be facing away from him to facilitate fingering. Personally if I was going to draw a cat being fingered I'd have it in at least up to the second knuckle and I'd make it fairly obvious cat fingering was going on. I thank you, I thank you.. I should write it down. Also, do you ever do wood sculptures/carvings?
(

i guess its pine
i just go to Lowe's and grab a 1"x8"x6' board or whatever, and go to it. My recollection is that people who really know their stuff use cherry, but i already spend enough on my addiction. I've never tried sculpture. I've a hard enough time working in 2D.
(

I was going to call you a crack whore, but you don't really crack so much as chip anyway so that completely doesn't work.
I've only ever done two sculptures, both in wood, one oak which was fucking impossible to even dent and basically ended up still practically square, and one pine which just ended up splintering too easily. The difficult bit is having to keep the thing in a decent vice grip and constantly spin it around, that and cutting it into the right shape to begin with. The pine one did come out fairly well though, wherever it is, on a dusty shelf in a plastic bag behind me somewhere.
