yeah. I didn't much like the Lord of the Rings movies either, but that was mainly because of the cloying soundtrack (FUCK YOU HOWARD SHORE), as well as the fundamentally tedious source material.
I did think the visual effects were pretty sweet in Kong, but Jack Black was horribly miscast.

She's far too good.
Gonna stick with Harvey Milk for tonight though to give her a rest.

Hahahaha, YES!
Heavy. I used to listen to Special Wishes but didn't really bother with their most recent.
Old Glory (guitar solo antics) and War are my two favourites.

Yeah, got Special Wishes on at the moment. It doesn't quite beat Good Will and Courtesy though.
What's on your nights playlist?

I went back to some Boards of Canada for some background music to reading, but now I'm watching 28 days later so tunes have ceased.
Still, at least there's the joy of Godspeed in the opening sequence in that. Later I think I'll be consuming some Matthew Rober Cooper (Eluvium's piano album, it's beautiful).

Accidental Memory in the Case of Death?
That one's my favourite, probably followed by Copia. Did you get the 7LP Boxset?

Sadly no, I only know Copia and AMitCoD.
His eponymous project: www.last.fm/music/Matthew+Robert+Cooper
The album is called Miniatures. Such a small following - it got no press whatsoever when released. Deserves much more - I think I prefer it to his Eluvium work.

G'nite b3ta!
i wholeheartedly agree
but your image is a tad big. I recommend you use the b3ta hosting by clicking post new message, then clicking the link that says switch to image mode.
then upload your picture, selecting the 'force click for big' option.
then copy the html code you get and edit your post remove what code is in it, and paste in the stuff from the b3ta hosting.
welcome, kitten stool etc.
edit: Excellent, *click*
