Car I bought was dodgey so had to get a refund. Flat we're moving into (new build) is delayed again - thus making a temporary arrangement to live with the parents for a couple of weeks become a FULL YEAR. And the girlfriend has decided that she needs time off to 'decide what she wants.' Fab.

Also, sorry for the threadjack, but it appears I'm about to get paid! Y'see, I'm making these 10 graphics for a website (they're pretty simple. Just little 64x64 avatar things to represent different book genres using their little mascot). Initially it was just a favour to someone who I know who works for them, but he's asked his boss and he says he's going to pay me, but is also asking how much I charge. That's the thing though, I have no idea what's normal! I could ask for way too much or way too little, so I was hoping someone would have an idea?
