Nice. Reminds me of when I once read an awful treatise of horror fillums called "The Monstrous Feminine" by Barbara Creed.
It's a feminist work, that has worked out that all horror fillums are based on men being afraid of fannies in case they have teeth, and so that's why we feel the need to chainsaw teenagers.
On the cover it had a pair of (mouth) lips, turned 90 degrees.
Every woman that saw the book went "Eew ... that's horrid ..."
No bloke even noticed.
Fascinating, in a beard-stroky way.

My mother's a feminist, so I do know
however a lot of the old guard seem to be less about equality and more about domination these days- total and utter man-hatred which really makes me sad. All of the hard work that millions of women put in undone because certain very famous feminists don't know when to put the HRT down and shut their fat, mental mouths.

My ex studied Women Studies at uni
I dunno why she was interested in men, to be honest, but I suppose I am the best example of the pinnacle of manhood, so I kind of understand.
One day we had an argument, and she shouted furiously "Oh my god! You're just so ... fucking ... MALE!"
I didn't know whether to thank her or try to defend myself.

It's not that they're long,
it's that they're so frequent, especially early in the game.

BBC3, comedy based on special effects, google it,
I wasn't completely convinced as yet, some of it was just there for the sakes of doing the effect I felt, but we'll see, I didn't get Little Britain till halfway thru the first series.

giant robots, ninjas, Brian Blessed, anti social dinosaur, watch it n see what you think I guess.

The CGI was probably amazing considering how much they likely spent on it. However the jokes themselves were a bit weak. Some stuff was reasonably funny, other stuff fell flat.
All-in-all, it's probably worth watching as there's really not much else on the telly these days anyway.
Alternatively you could listen to actually funny things like Armando Iannucci's Charm Offensive on that there radio, and do proper laughs.

This GIF is the culmination of three years of extensive study on Socrates, as seen from the view point of Xenophon, Aristophanes, and Plato.
This GIF deals with irony, and in particular, socratic irony. Kierkegaard regards Aristophanes' portrayal of Socrates, in Aristophanes' The Clouds to be the most accurate representation of the man. Whereas Xenophon and Plato portrayed Socrates seriously, Kierkegaard felt that Aristophanes best understood the intricacies of socratic irony.
Kierkegaard then compares Socrates with major 18th and 19th century philosophers of the time, such as Fichte, Schelling, and especially Hegel.
Furthermore, there's a huge fucking hurricane about to hit New Orleans.
