yes, and it's both good and bad news
I'd rather they got one presenter, and stuck with him/her to make it their own. And after much thought on this, Mushroom's suggestion of David Dimbleby as a new presenter has grown on me, he'd be perfect. They should consult with him immediately

as will Fry, and Brydon, three excellent talents which will bring much good into the world of ISIHAC
but they'll only get short stabs at it and not make it their own, it'll turn into the radio equivalent of the modern 'Have I got News' with their guest presenters. For every Brian Blessed they get, they'll also get a fair few duffers :( Dimbleby for Clue - the campaign starts here!

Yeah, I kind of take on board what you're saying,
but I like the way RB and BC described it on Today this morning as a 'Family', or a 'traveling Rep Company', it most definitely has that feel about it* Anyhow, overall I'm very glad it's back. Rather made my morning amongst the usual doom and gloom of the news. *From the recordings I've seen, at least.

Categories are open to suggestion & do not neccesarily need to be consistent (if comedy value outweighs consistency). Looking for suggestions for categories, mainly, but if you want to crack open photoshop, then please do - but it must contain image of genuine guest on the show (or at least someone who looks like they might be). Feel free to give them ridiculous names, and subtle shoppage if the mood takes you. Blank card below for anyone who fancies a go.Click here for customisable blank EDIT - the font I used on this "example" is Kaggish. DOUBLE EDIT - Yes, I know it should be "wives". Wouldn't it be better to have a deck of all the hosts of these shows?
I doubt many people here watch the JK show, and even if they do, there won't be any characters memorable enough to put into card format.

Sorry, but I can't say anything good about AR...
just because he made Delicatessen, Amelie, City Of Lost Children and Very Long Engagement, doesn't mean that AR was well made.... Jeunet and Joss Whedon should be ashamed of themselves for that film...
(
theoriginalsteve <this space intentionally left blank> ,

Resurrection was a bizarre film
but I welcomed the fact that they had brought Sigourney Weaver back into the film but I was worried about the way they would do it - however it worked pretty well and the idea of Ripley as a hybrid cloned alien/human was really very clever. The hybrid alien at the end of the film didn't work so well for me as you just ended up feeling sorry for it as it got sucked out to space through a tiny hole.
(
maiden is filmed before a live studio audience ,
Wed 25 Feb 2009, 10:33,

I just thought the whole thing just ended up being far too comic book, and the whole premise cheesy...
it should have just ended at A3 with Ripley's death. If they wanted to do another, just explored new characters elsewhere that somehow encounter aliens. Start from scratch as it were.
(
theoriginalsteve <this space intentionally left blank> ,
Wed 25 Feb 2009, 10:39,

Well I think A3 was a bad film and would have been better
had it never been made what would have been better is if Resurrection had been the finale where Ripley and the hybrid Mammalien crashed in the spaceship ending the saga.

I now have to abstain from alcohol and caffeine after soundly thrashing my liver.
This saddens me, as I used to drink obscene amounts of tea and ale. I now make do with several large mugs of decaf tea every day. Am I correct in thinking that you suffer from cluster headaches and so can't drink caffeine or alcohol either? :(
