I'm tired of these
The guy woke from a coke binge to find his girlfriend had killed herself in the bath, spent a few months having a pack of cunts take the piss, and ultimately felt shit enough to hang himself, and still a pack of cunts are still taking the piss. Give it a rest, for the love of God.

I'm sure he
was checking b3ta every day and that led to the inevitable tragedy of him taking his own life. I know the first thing I'd do if a loved one died in horrific circumstances is check the board.

Well, what other cunts
other than us have been taking the piss? You seem to imply that's what led to him deciding to take his own life. Celebrities dying has been fodder for b3ta for years and years and I for one hope it doesn't stop. I can't wait for Blessed to cark it.

Oh come off it,
this is exactly the sort of thing that made b3ta great. Just because you personally like someone doesn't mean that they are off limits for everybody else to take the piss out of. Next you'll be saying that jokes about Ian Huntley or Princess Di are in bad taste. I've got a good one about Steve Irwin too...

did you know him well?
well enough to actually be able to justify your emotions being raw about it?
(
Pootle ,

My emotions aren't raw
I didn't know the guy, I didn't even like his tv show! The situation is raw. Humour is a healing factor, and I do believe there's a place for jokes, it helps us move on is ultimately a healthy thing. ...but there is also a time, and it depends on it being joking about not personal digs. As I said- I didn't expect any different from b3ta, nor do I have a problem with the majority of posts I've seen on the subject, I'm just aware that I will be leaving it alone myself for a while, at least until all the facts are out and the family/friends has had chance to come to terms with it a bit.
(
Jessie © needs pirate name suggestions ,
Wed 16 Apr 2008, 11:23,

But, fromt he picture above
there is no speculation. Fact one - he killed himself Fact two - we now know he left a suicide note Fact three - when he was alive he did a kids arty based programme thing. All of those are represented above. The contents of the note we shall probably never know, however the poster chose a turn of phrase often associated with suicide. There is nothing in the above post that I can deem offensive. Yes, someones death isn't something to revel in, but as far as a good idea goes, it isn't bad.

it's the unfunniness that's the main issue
Most of the post on the Mark Speight theme are just "LOL, look suicide, LOL" It's possible to make a funny joke about a celebrity suicide, it just seems that most of the people who post about Speight are shit, and their posts lack comedy. Therefore, it just seems a bit sad.

and the comedy vacuum is filled by a man on a tall ladder
accidentally knocking a plant off of a windowsill and it plummets downwards accompanied by a swanny whistle noise. And impacts with devastating force on the top of the head of Paul fucking Ross, driving shards of his cranium through his fucking skull until the stick out of his throat like a bony wattle. at this point his smashed brain causes him to dance a twitching, flopping jig in the street while letting out a combined keening/gurgling noise and the sight is made all the more hilarious because the flower (possibly a tulip) that was in the pot is still wiggling out of his fat ruined head.

I wouldn't put all your chickens in one egg if I was you
my experience with ulead is that it crashes for no reason just when you have to make stuff for an important project when time is of the essence, then refuses to run again on that system despite uninstalling and reinstalling, then it works on my laptop but still has the same error now and then, and for apparently no reason. That was ulead video editor, however. Tally-ho with ruling the world.

understandable
I was stuck with it because I had to make .FLC files for a dos-program and none of the software we have in the office stoops to the levels of being able to make FLC files. I don't know why I'm complaining really, it did the job and was probably more to do with my system than the program. It's morning and I'm cranky.

Woohoo! Animal party balloons!
I read about a prank earlier tonight: 1)Buy can of cheap shaving cream, 2)Deepfreeze until frozen, 3)Hacksaw can open and empty contents under someones duvet or pillow... When it starts defrosting, the frozen gases spring back to life and fill the bed with foam! I gotta try it v.soon!
