Cajun is a bastardization of 'Acadian'
which were French Canadians that moved to southern Louisiana. Therefore true Cajuns are of French descent. (you may be thinking of Creoles, who are a bit of everyone)

red squirrels are endangered

Yeah, but if you find a use for them, such as a flavour of crisps
farmers would start breeding them and protecting them and looking after them and they wouldn't be endangered anymore. Like pigs. The best way of ensuring an animal species survival is to start eating it.

I like the logic
but what would happen is they would breed the humble Red with various greater meat yielding squirrels and effectively erradicate the very thing youo set out to save.

I wouldn't say that...
It's just that their sketch show is dreadful, and no-one seems to rate the film. Gavin and Stacey is still brilliant though

I've still not got around to watching that
I dipped my toe into Horne and Corden, didn't really do anything for me. Bland sketches based around very shoddy writing /humble opinion only

Some of their sketch show stuff is OK
I enjoyed the Born Again Christians until the song, and the "I shagged your mum" sketch. I think they've got potential to be quite good. I know everyone in tellyland is wetting themselves about them because of Gavin & Stacey, but I still think they're good.

Those are my thoughts too.
Finally caught up with Gavin & Stacey over the last couple of months on BBC3, and loved every minute of it. It's a shame about their sketch show, as I think they had some real potential. I found James Corden hilarious on 8 Out of 10 Cats and Never Mind the Buzzcocks. The film reviews I've seen are, without exception, damning, so I'll steer clear.

My (outrageously pricey) solution would be
beef fillet and chicken fillets alternating, bonded with pate in a wellington stylee, then pastried and baked in a loaf tin for added support. Let me know how Mk II goes - looking for a suitable excuse to try my version.
