Here's to the actress Emily Blunt. Without who we would have no rhyme for cunt. Well, you can use James, both Blunt and Hunt. But they are short of syllables unlike Emily Blunt. You can use 'oxford' as in 'oxford punt'. Or you can use 'rear end'. as in 'rear end shunt'. But they are a bit convoluted to rhyme well with cunt. So here's to the actress Emily Blunt. She may well be shite. But she rhymes well with cunt.

Bacon makes everything better
Myself and the missus have very much been enjoying savoy cabbage, thinly sliced and stir-fried with onions, garlic and bacon, so much so that we're eating about two cabbages a week. Absolutely delicious, though they could probably fuel a power station with the gas from under the duvet at night :(

You have to wonder if they'd come across the bacon buttie in India
Would they have made even better curries, or would they just not have bothered? Personally I enjoy, on occasion, a fried onion and gammon tikka masala with olive-oil fried polenta slices. And wonder if it can get any better. But then I remember Papoutsakia or just a really good trayful of crisp Roast Tatties...

Once I blanched them and cut out their cores and peeled them apart individually as miniature cabbages. Just a few created a huge mound. Then sautรฉed the leaves and drizzled with balsamic. At risk of being drubbed off to the links board, only if you care to see.

This reminds me of Walsall Psychiatric Care Unit
It used to be what used to be called a "Loony Bin" in less enlightened times - for all the patients that really shouldn't be "in the community". It's shut now. They used to have a patient whose hobby was getting out, pushing things down his Franklin, and turning up at a local A&E. The list was unofficially shown to me by a member of the nusing staff and included: - Drinking straws (plural) - Bic biro top - Bic biro inside (bit with the ink in) - Plastic fork tines - Metal fork handle - Plastic spoon handle - Glass shards - 2" length of rusty barbed wire Well, I guess everyone needs some sort of hobby...
